De az egyik legels\u0151 \u00e9s legfontosabb k\u00e9rd\u00e9s, hogy egyetlen embert, egy takar\u00edt\u00f3(n\u0151)t b\u00edz meg, vagy r\u00f6gt\u00f6n egy takar\u00edt\u00f3 c\u00e9get? Mindkett\u0151nek megvannak a maga el\u0151nyei, ennek j\u00e1runk ut\u00e1na most ebben a cikkben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-miert-jo-egyeni-takaritot-megbizni-a-feladattal\">Mi\u00e9rt j\u00f3 egy\u00e9ni takar\u00edt\u00f3t megb\u00edzni a feladattal?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Az egy\u00e9ni takar\u00edt\u00f3, vagy az egyszem\u00e9lyes v\u00e1llalkoz\u00f3 \u00e1ltal\u00e1ban kev\u00e9s h\u00e1zn\u00e1l\/irod\u00e1ban dolgozik, hiszen kapacit\u00e1sa v\u00e9ges. A kapcsolat \u00edgy szem\u00e9lyes, nem ritka az, hogy id\u0151vel bar\u00e1tt\u00e1, csal\u00e1dtagg\u00e1 v\u00e1lik, hiszen \u00e9vekig j\u00e1r ugyanoda, \u00e9s megismerkedik az ott lak\u00f3k, dolgoz\u00f3k \u00e9let\u00e9vel, mindennapjaival. \u00c1ltal\u00e1ban \u00f3rab\u00e9rben dolgozik, kisebb ingatlanokban, 100-150 n\u00e9gyzetm\u00e9terig, \u00e9s \u00e1ltal\u00e1nos takar\u00edt\u00e1si feladatokat v\u00e1llal; porsz\u00edv\u00f3z\u00e1st, f\u00fcrd\u0151szoba takar\u00edt\u00e1st, portalan\u00edt\u00e1st stb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nagyobb feladatok, p\u00e9ld\u00e1ul \u00e9p\u00edtkez\u00e9s ut\u00e1ni takar\u00edt\u00e1s rendszerint nem szerepel a portf\u00f3li\u00f3j\u00e1ban, hiszen egyed\u00fcl ezek nehezebben kivitelezhet\u0151ek, illetve egyszem\u00e9lyes v\u00e1llalkoz\u00e1soknak nem \u00e9ri meg fenntartani az ehhez sz\u00fcks\u00e9ges g\u00e9peket, speci\u00e1lis eszk\u00f6z\u00f6ket \u00e9s takar\u00edt\u00f3szereket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ilyen esetekben \u00d6n a megb\u00edz\u00f3; az \u00d6n feladata a toborz\u00e1s, kiv\u00e1laszt\u00e1s, a takar\u00edt\u00f3jel\u00f6ltek interj\u00faztat\u00e1sa, pr\u00f3banapok megszervez\u00e9se \u2013 \u00e9s ha nem v\u00e1lik be az illet\u0151, kezdheti az eg\u00e9sz folyamatot el\u00f6lr\u0151l. Ha megbetegszik vagy k\u00f6zbej\u00f6n neki valami, akkor jellemz\u0151en nem tud maga helyett aj\u00e1nlani m\u00e1st, \u00edgy arra az id\u0151re a megb\u00edz\u00f3nak kell helyettes\u00edt\u00e9s ut\u00e1n n\u00e9znie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-miert-jo-egy-takarito-ceg\">Mi\u00e9rt j\u00f3 egy takar\u00edt\u00f3 c\u00e9g?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A takar\u00edt\u00f3 c\u00e9g (j\u00f3 esetben) egy professzion\u00e1lis szervezet, t\u00f6bb takar\u00edt\u00f3t alkalmaz, \u00edgy nagyobb feladatokat is el tud l\u00e1tni. Ez lehet ak\u00e1r egy nagyobb alapter\u00fclet\u0171 lak\u00e1s, iroda, s\u0151t, egy eg\u00e9sz <a href=\"https:\/\/csingiling-takaritas.hu\/szolgaltatasok\/irodatakaritas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">irodah\u00e1z takar\u00edt\u00e1sa<\/a>, de olyan speci\u00e1lis esetek is, mint egy <a href=\"https:\/\/csingiling-takaritas.hu\/szolgaltatasok\/epitkezes-felujitas-utani-nagytakaritas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u00e9p\u00edtkez\u00e9s vagy fel\u00faj\u00edt\u00e1s ut\u00e1ni takar\u00edt\u00e1s<\/a>. Min\u00e9l t\u00f6bb alkalmazottja van, ann\u00e1l nagyobb az es\u00e9ly arra, hogy \u201eszakosodtak\u201d egy-egy feladatt\u00edpusra, abban pedig \u0151k a legjobbak. Ez k\u00fcl\u00f6n\u00f6sen fontos olyan esetekben, ahol k\u00e9nyes burkolatok, b\u00fatorok vannak, amik k\u00fcl\u00f6nleges gondoskod\u00e1st ig\u00e9nyelnek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A nagy c\u00e9g nagyobb rugalmass\u00e1got is jelent, p\u00e9ld\u00e1ul, ha valaki lebetegszik, akkor tudnak helyette m\u00e1st k\u00fcldeni, illetve, ha hirtelen nagytakar\u00edt\u00e1sra van sz\u00fcks\u00e9g, akkor megoldhat\u00f3, hogy egy helyett k\u00e9t takar\u00edt\u00f3 \u00e9rkezik, \u00edgy ugyanannyi id\u0151 alatt v\u00e9geznek. A profi c\u00e9g ez\u00e9rt nem \u00f3rab\u00e9rben sz\u00e1mol, hanem feladat alapj\u00e1n kell fizetni, az igaz\u00e1n profik pedig el\u0151bb felm\u00e9rik szem\u00e9lyesen a terepet, \u00e9s csak ut\u00e1na adnak \u00e1raj\u00e1nlatokat. Ez ut\u00f3bbi pedig nem n\u00e9gyzetm\u00e9ter- vagy id\u0151alap\u00fa; figyelembe veszik, milyen gyakran, milyen m\u00e9lys\u00e9gben kell takar\u00edtani, vannak-e <a href=\"https:\/\/csingiling-takaritas.hu\/marvany-jarolap-tisztitasa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">speci\u00e1lis burkolatok<\/a>, esetleg kell-e valamilyen speci\u00e1lis szer, eszk\u00f6z ahhoz, hogy minden ragyog\u00f3an tiszta legyen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00d6n a c\u00e9ggel k\u00f6t szerz\u0151d\u00e9st, \u00e9s \u0151k \u2013 a felm\u00e9r\u00e9s ut\u00e1n \u2013 gondoskodnak arr\u00f3l, hogy olyan szakembereket k\u00fcldjenek, akik ott a lehet\u0151 legjobb munk\u00e1t v\u00e9gzik majd.
